Chargent offers multiple options for taking payment directly from your Experience Cloud site. This allows your customers to self-service their payments, save their payment method, and update their payment information on file.
Allowing self-service payments provides flexibility to your customers. They no longer have to call you, and they can see what invoices or payments are due. They can simply log in to their account and make the payment themselves.
Take Payments Component #
Chargent’s Take Payments Lightning Web Component enables any Salesforce.com Communities page to accept payments. Designed for simplicity, it allows you to set up your Salesforce Communities page so customers can start making payments in no time.
