Currently Supported Versions #
Through the end of March, 2024, AppFrontier will provide support for versions of Chargent 5.21 and higher.
Note: Starting in 2023, Chargent began rolling out push update functionality to Chargent. After finalizing the first phase of push updates in April 2024, Chargent will only provide support for customers on the latest push updated version of Chargent or above.

Legacy Packages End-of-Life #
Chargent no longer supports Chargent’s legacy packages for Opportunities or Cases. These packages have stopped being distributed since 2017 and are no longer supported as of June 30, 2022. Please contact our Support team, who can assist you in planning your migration to the Chargent Orders package.
