Your Chargent data in Salesforce is essential to your business. Reporting can provide important decision-making analytics, help you reconcile transaction records with your gateway, ensure you collect all earned revenue, and provide a trail for outstanding payments. You can easily use our out-of-the-box reports included when installing Chargent or create custom reports that fit your specific requirements.
This document covers reporting and analytics using Salesforce Lightning. You can access the reports and dashboards in Salesforce Classic, but we recommend using Salesforce Lightning to get the most out of your Chargent analytics. This help topic assumes a basic knowledge of reports and dashboards in Salesforce. If you are unfamiliar with Salesforce reports and dashboards, check out Explore Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards on Salesforce’s Trailhead platform.

Adding Reports To The Navigation Bar #
Adding reports to your Navigation Bar can help you access the reports you need when you need them. For instructions on adding reports to this feature, see Personalize the Navigation Bar in Lightning Experience in Salesforce.
Pro Tip: You can also use this feature to rearrange the tabs in your Navigation Bar.
Adding Reports To Salesforce Favorites #
