Payment Methods – Record Not Created
Fixed an issue wherein a Payment Method record was not created when transacting through the Chargent Anywhere Payment Console with Smart Payment Routing enabled.
Payment Methods – Record Name “ACH-null”
Fixed an issue wherein the Payment Method record name is populated with the value “ACH-null” when executing an ACH transaction through the Chargent Anywhere Payment Console.
Known Issues #
Braintree Card Transactions w/ Token Present and “Never Clear” Gateway Configuration
Some card transactions may fail for Chargent Order records with a token saved using a Braintree Gateway record that is configured with “Never Clear” in the “Credit Card / Bank Account Data Handling” field. The decline reason will indicate that the CVV is not present.
Workaround
Clear the token field on the Chargent Order record. This will allow the transaction to complete.
Braintree Transactions in Chargent Anywhere Payment Console
Some transactions using a Braintree Gateway record may not complete in the Chargent Anywhere Payment Console. In these instances, a loading animation will appear and persist.
Workaround
These transactions can be completed using the legacy version of the Payment Console, which can be accessed from the Chargent Order record actions menu at the top-right portion of the record.
Hotfixes #
Chargent Anywhere v7.16 has been added to the Package Installation Manager (PIM) to address a bug found in version 7.15. This hotfix resolves the issue wherein the Chargent Anywhere Payment Console would show a persisting loading animation when attempting to complete a transaction. Install this new version today if you have experienced this issue.
