Key Capabilities
- Modern & Responsive Interface: Fully responsive UI featuring cross-device support, theming, and built-in language support (German, Spanish, French).
- Multi-Gateway Tokenization (MGT): Tokenizes a payment method simultaneously across a primary gateway and a designated pool of secondary gateways in a single action.

- Flexible Placement Options: Embeddable in Aura and LWR Experience Cloud sites and Screen Flows.
Please reach out to our team to request an implementation guide.
Adyen Integration No Longer Requires a Proxy
We’ve updated our Adyen gateway integration so that it no longer requires the merchant to set up a proxy. This simplifies integration overall and aligns Adyen with our other gateway integrations.
Action Required
No action is required related to this update.
- Existing customer integrations will continue to work without requiring any changes.
- Customers setting up a new Adyen gateway integration can follow our Adyen Gateway Guide to get started, which reflects these changes.
Bug Fixes #
Resolved: Stripe Integration MOTO PaymentIntents Incorrectly Labeled as E-Commerce
Fixed an issue with the Stripe integration wherein PaymentIntents were not correctly flagged as MOTO. For merchants in SCA regions (UK/EEA) taking mail/telephone orders through the Payment Console, Stripe treated every charge as a standard e-commerce payment and requested 3D Secure, which Chargent cannot complete. In this case, the charge would fail with “additional steps required”.
Resolution: Customers using the Stripe integration should update to the latest version of Chargent using the Package Installation Manager (PIM). We always recommend testing in a sandbox environment before installing in production.
