Let’s do a really quick overview of the key features, so that you can help train your users more quickly, and then let’s get you on your way.

Our most popular feature is Payment Request. To send a request, users will just click Payment Request button, fill out whatever fields are required, and click the Send Request. Done. That customer is going to get an email request with a link to pay.

Another very popular feature is the Chargent Payment Console. In Chargent Anywhere, we have completely rethought this function for all of our users. As well, it is now fully lightning optimized! We believe it’s the easiest way to take payment on the AppExchange. So what do you think? Is it the easiest? Tell us in the comments below, we want to hear from you.

We have been using devs to handle our connections between FormAssembly, Chargent and Salesforce. I was asked to change our payment methods and was having issues with it being charged to the wrong gateway. Nick and I had a web meeting in which he was able to point out the issue of a different process builder that was changing gateways from the one I thought was. Even though this issue was on our Salesforce end, he was more than willing to help and explain things to me.

Chargent is very useful, and is able to make complicated integrations much more straightforward. In just a few minutes, the setup wizard is able to connect you to a variety of different gateways to test or process live transactions.
