Because we are a cloud based platform, your information will be transferred from your computer to their servers which means you consent to the transfer of that information. In addition, these third parties may have access to your data but only for the limited purpose of storage and maintenance.

In addition to the above, we may also reveal or disclose your information for legal purposes in the event we are subpoenaed or contacted regarding a criminal investigation.
