Salesforce Administrator, Tier 2 Support

Chargent was released on the AppExchange in October 2008, acquired by AppFrontier LLC in September 2012, and has been growing rapidly since then. We are headquartered in San Francisco but our team is distributed and most of us work from home in San Francisco California, Lansing Michigan, Columbus Ohio, Las Vegas Nevada, and Minsk Belarus.
- Troubleshoot customer configuration issues in Salesforce
- Make recommendations for different architectures and options customers might consider for different use cases
- Primary responsibility for answering escalations from front line support
- Interface with Tier 3 support and engineering as needed
- Identify problems with customer adoption and develop intervention techniques using resources across the whole team
This position is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, but we are flexible on the hours and location
- 2+ years experience as a Salesforce CRM System Administrator
- 1+ years experience in technical support or customer service
- Salesforce Trailhead Badges
- Strong English verbal and writing skills
- Ability to see things from a customer’s perspective, be empathetic and provide great service
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer
- Experience with the payment processing industry
- Experience with Accounting and Billing systems
