The Opportunity & Reward:

We’re looking for a hunter to drive significant new logo acquisition and help us move further up-market. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory and sales cycle, supported by a product customers love. Account Executive Responsibilities

  • Aggressively pursue and consistently exceed a meaningful revenue quota.
  • Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to identify and engage target accounts, leveraging multiple channels.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to maximize qualified meeting flow.
  • Spearhead our up-market expansion by identifying, pursuing, and closing larger, high-value deals with key logos.
  • Build compelling business cases and articulate clear return on investment (ROI) to prospective clients.
  • Master value-based selling methodologies, focusing on solving complex business problems rather than just technical features.
  • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline that directly fuels closed revenue and quota attainment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and build trust with C-suite and other key decision-makers.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the intersection of B2B payments and the Salesforce platform across various industries.
  • Manage a portfolio focused heavily on hunting new business, while strategically nurturing existing relationships.
  • Maintain rigorous sales process discipline and accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience, with at least 1 year in a closing or field-facing role.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven success selling to and navigating complex organizations to reach C-suite executives.
  • Ability to create and deliver high-impact sales presentations and compelling proposals.
  • Experience building robust business cases and clearly demonstrating ROI.
  • Highly competitive, resilient, and driven to win. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, support).
  • Comfortable and effective working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. We evaluate candidates based on core competencies and demonstrated success (including extracurricular leadership, athletic achievement, military experience, volunteer roles).

Nice to Haves

  • Direct experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Prior experience in the payments or FinTech industry.
  • Salesforce Certifications, Salesforce Trailhead badges
  • BA/BS.
  • Previous B2B software sales experience.
